Standard shipping is 100% Free for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden handling fees at checkout.

Our order lifecycle consists of two phases:
• Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days to prepare and package your order.
• Transit Time: 2 to 4 business days for the courier to deliver the package to your UK address.

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email containing a verifiable tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly on our website www.classicxi.co.uk.

To ensure maximum security and buyer protection, we exclusively accept PayPal. You can safely check out using your PayPal account balance, a linked bank account, or credit cards that you have securely saved inside your personal PayPal profile.

We offer a transparent 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the physical delivery date of your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and inside their original packaging layout.

To initiate a return, please email our support team at stanyslavostaplo@gmail.com first. We will send you instructions on how and where to ship your parcel. Items sent back to our Gloucester address without prior return approval cannot be processed.
