Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

· Transit Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday) once dispatched.

· Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

· Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT (London) will be processed the next business day.

C. Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

D. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@classicxi.co.uk .

E. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged:

· If possible, reject the parcel from the courier and notify us immediately.

· If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please contact us at support@classicxi.co.uk with photos of the damage.

G. International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.
